I hired Mr. Levine, after speaking to the police whom read me my Miranda rights, they did not charge me at this time. This was concerning a false accusation that carried a maximum sentence of 25 years. I met with Mr. Levine and he very professionally explained to me my options. Mr. Levine immediatel...y contacted the DA and also hired a private detective, whom also got statements from the primary wittness's. I wanted to stop the case before I was ever charged, being just charged will ruin my character. Mr. Levine reported back to the DA all the information he had acquired, and recommend that the DA drop the case. Six months later the DA closed the case. I can't really say enough about Mr, Levine. When my nephew was arrested and charged with a criminal offense and thrown in jail, our family was in shock.
