I had a very unique case that was dragged out for many years. "Not at Jacks fault" The government saw me as a hardened criminal for marketing fake sunglasses. Jack saw different.
In the end Jack got me probation and home confinement so I could continue to work and raise my children. The Feds wanted me in prison for at least a year and a day"
I have three friends that are attorneys so I'm very familiar with allot of law and how it works. I know the difference between a good and bad attorney.
Jack is composed, controlled and when he strikes it's very decisive and distinct. I am very pleased with his performance and would gladly higher and refer him again.
Former employer nuisance lawsuit settled out of court
Jack Wieselman was professional and compassionate throughout this vindictive legal action taken by a wine industry employer on their exiting winemaker. Jack Wieselman's experience and dedication helped to bring this 18 month ordeal to a close without going to trial.
I defend individuals and businesses charged with federal offenses in courts throughout the country, at both the trial and appellate levels. Charges may range from controlled substance conspiracies to international bank and securities fraud cases. Federal criminal defense is a complex area with laws, penalties and procedures distinct from those in state courts.
I represent both individuals and businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country. I have successfully represented clients in trials involving hundreds of millions of dollars. I best serve my litigation clients, however, by settling disputes early, favorably and confidentially.

we won! what else can one ask for?
Jack was my attorney for several years while dealing with a criminal matter in federal court... he is very professional and charismatic. He helped the court of appeals see the light and my sentence was vacated. Thank you jack!

Not worth it
Jack or Jacob just wanted his money. He acted surprised when he realized I was telling him the truth about a false accusation which landed me in court. Even when he knew the truth and had evidence, he wouldn't fight for me. If you don't believe your client, then maybe you shouldn't take the case.

"When Jack practiced here in the East, I had the opportunity to collaborate with him several times. I am sorry that he is no longer as available a resource.
I know few lawyers who are not smart, but Jack is exceptionally intelligent. In addition, in the cases we collaborated on, he worked very hard. His effort was consistent with a strong commitment to his clients."

"I endorse this lawyer. We worked together on a complicated criminal matter involving immigration issues/consequences. Mr. Wieselman was able to prevail in the case with a resolution minimizing the immigration impact on his client. I would not hesitate referring a criminal case to him."

"Jacob Wieselman is a seasoned and savvy attorney. He has had success in many different venues. Recently, Mr Wieselman won a stunning victory in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, vindicating the right of his client to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. When attorneys uphold the Constitutional rights of their clients, they advance the cause of freedom for all of us. I commend Mr Wieselman for his victory in this appeal. I will not hesitate to refer clients to Mr Wieselman in the future, for I know they will be in very good hands."
