In October 2014 my husband and I hired Christian Zuplaw to help us in a landlord-tenant dispute. We were the tenants. Christian was very helpful and tentative to all our needs. Christian explained everything to us as we went along, and always answered every question we had. I hope to never need a...n attorney again, but if I do I would definitely hire Christian Zuplaw. I would recommend him to anyone needing to hire an attorney. Not to mention we did prevail in our case.

It is not often that I require the services of an attorney. And in general, I am thankful for that. I am a treasurer of a small HOA. We had some complicated issues with one of our units. A foreclosure had occurred and the zombie unit owed the HOA thousands of dollars in back dues, assessments..., and interest. Mr Zupanic was recommended to our HOA. He not only recovered our all of our missing monies, but the bank also made for his fees AND some additional dollars due our HOA that I was unaware of. Hats off for a fine job. I would readily hire Christian Zupanic again.

Christian is a skilled and compassionate attorney. He reviewed a purchase agreement on a house my wife and I were planning to puchase and advised us to back out until the seller became more forthcoming with information as required under state law.
