We are two retirees who recently moved to Seaside. We found a home to buy "For Sale By Owner." I retired after 36 years as a legal assistant working for real estate attorneys in another state. Christian drafted our Purchase an...d Sale Agreement, set up escrow with the title company, recommended an inspector, reviewed and made suggestions regarding the inspection report, reviewed and asked for clarification of the title report, and reviewed our closing documents.
