I had the pleasure of working with Christian recently on a setback reduction for my home in Cannon Beach. He represented me before the planning commission. Let me preface my review saying that I did a lot of research on a lawyer for buying a property that was seller financed and after my consultation I chose Christian Zupancic. From start to finish of this process Christian was prompt in returning my emails and calls and answered all of my questions. In... general most lawyers have the knowledge base, which is almost a given if you ask me, but what sets Christian apart is his ability to help you understand your options, how to protect you and how to make the process as efficient as possible. He is pleasant to work with and pays attention to every detail. I was very involved in the process of buying a property that was seller financed and I wanted to learn and understand what everything meant (and I mean everything) and Christian always took the time to explain every last word to me. He answered all of my questions and concerns in entirety and always worked around my busy work schedule. He explained different options I had, created documents for me and worked with the seller to meet all of my needs from the beginning all the way up until closing. He is so easy to work with no matter how involved you want to be or how hands off you want to be. I highly recommend him and would happily work with him again if in the future regarding my properties.
