Christian represented me in a real estate fraud case. He knew the system and real estate law very well. He knew the case and the law better than the opposing attorney from the big Portland law firm. He was better prepared at every step of the way. He did a very good job and was on top of the case. He... always returned correspondence promptly. I'd been putting off title change paperwork for years, having gotten the run-around from a local title company. I found Christian Zupancic and a couple of other attorneys online and phoned for quotes and a sense of how they communicate. I chose Mr. Zupancic because I was able to speak personally ...with him rather than through a secretary, and he listened and explained his answers. I liked his flat fee; though it was higher than the other quote I got, I knew it would cover "whatever came up." Of course, something came up. He handled everything in a very professional manner. He was easy to talk with, accessible, respectful and honest. I appreciated his use of email to easily keep updates, information and ideas flowing. I highly recommend him.

We are two retirees who recently moved to Seaside. We found a home to buy "For Sale By Owner." I retired after 36 years as a legal assistant working for real estate attorneys in another state. I know the importance of having an attorney when no realtors are involved. Christian drafted our Purchase an...d Sale Agreement, set up escrow with the title company, recommended an inspector, reviewed and made suggestions regarding the inspection report, reviewed and asked for clarification of the title report, and reviewed our closing documents. It is not often that I require the services of an attorney. And in general, I am thankful for that. I am a treasurer of a small HOA. We had some complicated issues with one of our units. A foreclosure had occurred and the zombie unit owed the HOA thousands of dollars in back dues, assessments..., and interest. Mr Zupanic was recommended to our HOA. He not only recovered our all of our missing monies, but the bank also made for his fees AND some additional dollars due our HOA that I was unaware of. Hats off for a fine job.
