Professional and objective

Jennifer handled my DUII case, attended the administrative hearing on my behalf, and was keen enough to find a technical error in the procedures that resulted in a judgement in favor of not suspending my drivers license. While handling the case, Jennifer demonstrated high professionalism, objectivity... and knowledge in the subject matter, I highly recommend her.

Expungement

Ms. Robins did more for me in 24 hours than any attorney I have ever dealt with in the past on non-criminal matters and with my unfortunate case I dealt with 6 years ago that involved a criminal matter where I was in trouble for the first time in my adult life. All of the good things said about h...er in other feedback comments on this AVVO site are true. She helped me through consultation, to get my expungement process moving finally after being wronged after-the-fact by the Washington County 'judicial system' that left me for years in limbo. She offered to stay informed with my case and process and I will definitely do that because she sounded like she cared a lot about my future as a human being as I want to start over in life or at least begin a new chapter in my life. For those who don't know the 'system', it is hard to find top-notch attorneys who are defense attorneys but Jennifer is the exception here. I would recommend to anyone to consult with her and then if agreed, to hire her for your case. She is genuine all the way and a great defense attorney. I know this because I have been let down before by attorneys who were only after big money or treated me like I was just another NUMBER for their case load. She is not like that at all and puts the case and you as her client, FIRST. That is the way it is supposed to be and she is that way, thank god. Thanks again to Jennifer Robins !!

Jennifer Robins is Outstanding

Jennifer Robins handled my defense in two separate cases. In both cases I was concerned about the process, my possible consequences legally, and in both cases she was very clear about what the possible penalties might be, and still reassuring. I had many questions and she would respond to me, someti...mes within minutes, but never more than hours. Her work in court has been impeccable and I have felt I could trust her every step of the way.

Inattentive And Unprofessional

Jennifer represented me on a criminal matter in 2013. She was involved for the first two or so months and then she pretty much dropped off the radar leaving the other attorney involved handle basically everything. A plea deal was reached at a judicial conference in which Ms. Robins completely botched... up the resulting judgement capturing none of the details from the judicial conference. Ms. Robins responded to my requests to fix the judgement only after I filed an ethics complaint against her. The judgement was eventually fixed after several weeks of back and forth between all parties involved. The ethics complaint was dismissed because while Ms. Robins failed to correctly review the original judgement, she did get the final judgement fixed.

I take exception to this client review, as the client is misrepresenting what occurred in the case. The ethical complaint was dismissed because no ethical rules were violated.
