I had needed help to determine if my rights were violated by a debt collector on a time-barred debt. Josh and his team were able to assist in understanding the laws and federal FDCPA act on what collectors can and cannot do. He also looked at any evidence and considered possibilities. I learned a lot... to handle such situations in the future should they come up. I would highly recommend using his services on such matters.

I was garnished from a debt that was 13 years old and from another state, and was never contacted prior to the garnishment. Mr. Trigsted was responsive to my concerns and helped me to understand that several laws were broken to try to collect this debt. I'm hoping to pursue it to the end through him,... and will write a better review once the issue is settled.
