Joshua Randall Trigsted

I hired Joshua for a lemon that I owned and found him to be pretty forth right. The only minor issues I had with the experience was that when I talked to a secretary in one instance, she didn't have me on file, when in fact, I had already spoke with Joshua and filed a case. I also didn't quite unde...rstand the fees he charged from the settlement, it ended up being 50% of what the total settlement, and i thought it was supposed to be 20%. Other than that, he was experience in this sort of settlement and had dealt with FORD and explained exactly what would happen as it did.

As it says in the title Josh is that and then some. When my issue occurred talking with him he was very straight forward and honest about potential outcomes with my case. However is was able to help educate me on my case and process since I had personally never needed an attorney before. He asked gre...at questions and I provided him with the right information. He and his staff was in constant contact with me keeping me updated and informed on the current situation with my case. Overall he made my experience very easy and even though the outcome was uncertain he remained confident which in end he was able to settle my case at reasonable solutions. Thank you.
