Reciprocal - Public Reprimand issued in UT, 2018
updated on 04/15/2019This means that the attorney's misconduct in another state, or jurisdiction, also violated the rules for practicing law in Utah.
Reprimand issued in OR, 2018
updated on 05/07/2018This means the lawyer did something wrong but the bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
