Thank you for submitting your comments. I am always striving to improve my practice and your constructive criticism helps me to improve my service to my clients. While I respectfully disagree with your comment that I charged for services I did not perform, I understand the confusion. Legal issues are oftentimes not simple. Lawyers do not always have immediate answers as to how much a legal issue will ultimately cost or how things may pan out in the future. Sometimes matters are too complex, involving multiple parties and multiple legal theories, statutory and common law, to render a reliable opinion without deeper investigation into details. And, not every case is appropriate for certain types of fee structures. Though I agreed to reduce my initial fee substantially, I am sorry we were unable to agree on a fee structure you were comfortable with. I do apologize if you feel you did not get what you expected, but I try to do my best. I am refunding your entire deposit. I wish you the best. -Jacob Zahniser
