Having practiced criminal law in Oregon for 25 years, I have been privileged to stand up for good people in courtrooms accross the state. to the point
Brian was right on point with my case, he weighed the options and stood ground on his points. He worked with phone contact to save me a 2 hour drive one way. He is a right to the point and spoke in understandable terms. I would highly recommend him to have as your lawyer.

Out of state DUI
I live out of the state of Oregon and while visiting Oregon was charged with DUI. Brian was very helpful and was able to appear in court for me until actual sentencing. The whole time he kept me very well informed and apprised of the DA's position. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
