I consulted Mr. Troutman about a creditor freezing money in my bank account, with no previous knowledge of debt. After I filed with the courts that the money was exempt, the money was still fully taken out of my account leaving me in complete confusion. I had no idea how a debt I was unaware of wa...s able to freeze all but $200 in my account and then take money that legally cannot be taken.... Mr. Troutman let me know my next step of action and what generally happens in these situations is the court has the money put back into the account when it is exempt money....
