From day one Michael was direct, informative & was able to explain in detail my questions regarding the intricacies of dealing with my business and personal situation.
In a nut shell I saw him tower over his fellow attornies with industry knowlwedge and could back up his thoughts on the spot.

We have been dealing with Michael for the past few years off and on. He has been very responsive and quick to get back to us with answers to our questions and concerns. We have never felt anything but trust with Michael and will use him for all our legal needs in the future.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am that Michael O'Brien was referred to me. He handled my foreclosure thoroughly and with the utmost professionalism. He explained the process in terms that I could understand and kept me apprised of the status along the way. I had a 20 year career as a legal assistant and was also married to an attorney for 22 years, so I have known many lawyers and witnessed many different styles of practice. I felt that Mike handled my case in a way that made me feel that I was an important client, yet he did not try to be my buddy or best friend, which can actually work against an attorney/client relationship in many ways. There were a few times where I had to send a second email to prompt a response from Mike, but having worked with so many attorneys in my past, I know how busy the legal field can be and I'm probably a bit more forgiving than some clients might be. Nonetheless, I felt that he always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. I would have no reservations whatsoever recommending Mike to anyone in need of his services.

I endorse this lawyer. Mike is smart, knowledgeable, and able to gear the available solutions to the situation a debtor is in. I recommend setting up a consultation and getting his opinion before making any major decisions regarding debt or financial situations.
