I was pulled over in May for DUI and brought in. This was a very stressful situation for me since I was in the beginning stages of a move to the mainland. Because of James' consultation and noteworthy advice I was able to move my original arraignment forward and also obtain an earlier court date. I f...ollowed the steps he gave me with the education office and was able to complete an assessment and class prior to my hearing. My case was DISMISSED without prejudice. Because of James I was able to show the judge I was proactive and displayed remorse through action. Inside the courtroom on both occasions James seemed confident and respected by all the state staff and other lawyers. He is friendly and personable. I would assume it's his genuine personality that earns this from others. I would consider him an honest person. He was very timely with responses, flexible with arranged meetings, and never difficult to reach even in his off time. I greatly appreciate his efforts and would recommend him to any other good people out there, friends, or family.
