My apology for this late review... Mr.Whalen was recommended by a friend and we went to see him in his office. From the beginning he is very very precise and specific of what paperwork's needed to get my daughter to become a US citizen. He didn't make it hard and everything is clear with how he will... explain how it works. His communication is very very prompt and he answers every questions all the way...He accompany my daughter to the interview and on October 2016 my daughter took an Oath and gotten her Us Citizenship.
