Helped me obtain H1B1 Chilean Visas and H1Bs
David Whalen obtained for me several H1B1 Chilean visas. Most lawyers I spoke to told me I could not get a visa because of the cap but David found a different way. I know he had several H1B1 Chilean visas in the agricultural industry.
