If there were more stars Attorney Mr. Sarbdeep Atwal would get them all. He started assisting me in February when one bad decision turned into what would be one of the scariest nights of my life spent in a place and with people that felt like a different world than that of which I was used to living ...in left me shaken to my core. At first I was prepared to just put my head down and plow through whatever was to come on my own and accept whatever the outcome was going to be , thankfully someone recommended this Attorney to me. Right away after my first conversation with him he agreed to take my case and immediately eased my nerves and concerns. I was working two jobs and He did all the work and handled everything for me, he did not rush through accepting the first decision or recommendation that was made , he fought for me for months , requesting an alternate DA who would be more open and mindful of information regarding my case , he went to several court appearances on his own in my defense so that I would not have to take any time off work or take the chance of compromising my good standing reputation by being seen in court. Ultimately Mr. Atwal was successful in having one of my two charges dismissed, which was the one that I felt was inaccurate & unfair due to the circumstances, which the arresting officer was made aware of but failed to take in to consideration and put into his report anyway. Mr. Atwal settled my case beyond my satisfaction and left me with an outcome far better than I would have been able to achieve on my own with no advice or representation. My case was settled and I started the process of taking the steps of doing the things the judge had ordered, but Mr. Atwal had not heard the last of me . After running into several set backs and snags and being turned away multiple times by one very difficult and unhelpful individual who runs the office where I would need to enroll refused to help me or answer any questions i was left feeling frustrated and helpless , worrying that more charges and hardships were about to come my way for not following through court orders in the time allowed. My working relationship with Mr. Atwal had come to a close but desperate and scared I reached out to him again for any advice that he may be able to give. For several more weeks , even while on vacation in Hawaii Mr. Atwal responded to and advocated for me, and was able to get me an extension with no penalty for me and at no additional charge in lawyer fees. I’m not sure he knows just how much he helped me and eased the stress I had put myself and family through but I d, therefore I will be forever grateful and thankful that he was there for me in my darkest days and most difficult time of being so disappointed in myself, he assured me that I was only human and that not only do we all make mistakes but those mistakes do not define us and that bad things can happen to good people .
