Truck driver here. For over 20 years, I've been skirting that line between doing an excellent job for my employer and staying Within the speed limit of California... Which is 55 for trucks. Unless you were born yesterday, everyone knows what the speed limit is for trucks in California. People aaaa...aall the way across the country know what the speed limit is for trucks in california. If you're wondering why, California did a study years back, to find out what would happen if they raised the speed limit for trucks to 65 mph. The biggest major finding was that California would lose tens of millions of dollars in citation revenue. So here I am, doing a good job for my employer and needing to look for an attorney in Yuba City. You can imagine in my 20-plus years of driving commercially, that I may have needed to hire the services of a professional to help me navigate the different laws in each state regarding my profession. I have. Sarbdeep was straight-forward and had a plan. I always shop local. I've defended myself before only to have a fool for a client, so I've learned my lesson. If you need someone to move you across country, you call me because I'm a professional. If you find yourself in the courtroom or needing to go to court, I would highly advise you to hire a professional. If you happen to be in the Yuba City area, I would highly recommend Mr Atwal. That's why you hire a professional, they know what they're doing. He's at the top of my list now.
