She appeared to be honestly interested in us, our personal histories and our needs and hopes. I had some questions outside of our appointment time. I emailed or phoned Ms. McNulty ; she responded quickly with exactly the information needed so I could proceed. Hiring Ms. McNulty was a very good decision!
