We were at the stage of life where it appeared advisable to establish a revocable trust. The only experience I had had with trusts was the one written for my late mother-and it was not a positive experience. Ms. McNulty reestablished my faith in legal services and products. The trust document t...hat she built for us was understandable and addressed the concerns that we had. Ms McNulty is an expert on estate planning and was able to convey what the trust could and could not do for us, and the supporting documents we should have. The activities that we needed to complete in order to fund the trust were clearly laid out. She provided us with appropriate resources , such as lists of professional fiduciaries. Ms. McNulty was very efficient. While there was no time wasted in our appointments, they were not cold and boring. Ms. McNulty has a delightful sense of humor and has lived an interesting life. She appeared to be honestly interested in us, our personal histories and our needs and hopes. I had some questions outside of our appointment time. I emailed or phoned Ms. McNulty ; she responded quickly with exactly the information needed so I could proceed. Hiring Ms. McNulty was a very good decision!

Margaret was especially helpful since we had put off going to a lawyer for far too long. She explained our options and answered our questions about setting up a trust and directives for end of life and a will. She was knowledgeable, concise, and made the subject of death easy to talk about. She is... engaging and funny and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend her.
