Mr. Carroll was referred by a friend. Mr. Carroll helped me deal with a difficult situation. He never gave me false expectations either. He was clear about what was and was not legally allowed in family law cases. He was able to resolve issues that should have been resolved 3 years ago when my divorc...e was finalized. To be sure, I would highly recommend this attorney. During what was supposed to be a quick and easy divorce, my original attorney passed, causing me to panic, as my ex husband had hired a large firm attorney from Sacramento and I was up in Chico. What I thought was the worst case scenario, turned i...nto the best thing that could have ever happened to me. My husband's firm chose to try to use the death of my attorney to their advantage , claiming I was not responding fast enough to their constant high pressure, but Mr. Carroll never once buckled under the stress, and resolved the divorce quickly and efficiently for me. What attorney would call me at 8pm or on weekends? I was anxious about the many texts, phone calls, and misinformation I was receiving from my ex husband. With the counsel of Mr. Carroll, I was able to comply with unreasonable amount of paperwork for over the three years we were trying to get divorced, over the Christmas vacation, no less!
