Mr. Ortner and his staff are respectful and helpful. No one talked "over my head" and everyone was informative, friendly and very patient. My bankruptcy case was satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner, and my responsibilities...the steps I needed to take before and after...and the process itself ...always clearly explained. In addition, the office arranged affordable payments. Mr. Orner himself was very friendly, helping me relax and feel secure through a time that would have been very stressful for me if not for his caring manner. I highly recommend Mr. Ortner.

Mr. Ortner handled a bankruptcy for us and in the end we were very uninformed about several key concerns that we voiced to him & he failed to list our house properly under Schedule C as exempt due to negative equity, and when approached about it, they responded with, they did not make any mistakes, w...hen actually I was informed by a judge at a notice of hearing that in fact there is a mistake on this case with schedule c & that the prior attorney should amend it for me.. His secretary Carolyne is basically psychotic. Very unprofessional & inappropriate in the manner in which she speaks to you if she is "upset". This law office is ridiculous & I recommend everyone to steer clear!
