After losing everything we owned when the economy tanked, we were pursued by debt collectors and sued. Never having been sued before, we were afraid they would take what little we had left. We were also embarrassed by our predicament and losses that brought us to this. We knew nothing of fil...ing bankruptcy or if it was even the right option for us. Mr. Ortner and his staff were so reassuring and friendly, and I appreciated the informal atmosphere. They let us know we were not alone, and treated us with utmost respect. With a lawsuit hanging over us, our anxiety level was high. We asked a lot of questions, calling and emailing often to discuss our worries.
