Outstanding Estate Planning Attorney

I was recommended to Mark Drobny by two attorneys for his Estate Planning and Revocable Trust expertise. I was not disapointed, He is excellent and I would recommend him without reservation.

Put my mind at ease and soothed my soul

I consulted Mr. Drobny although I had a will and a trust already. If you are searching for an attorney to do this, of course consider how long the person has been in practice, the reviews, etc., but also what will happen to your estate when your LAWYER DIES. This office has been around a long time; a...lso Mr. Drobny has a larger practice that includes younger partners. As I wrote in a Martindale-Hubbell review, I sought out Drobny Law because of a trusted friend's recommendation, but I'll STAY with him because of the relationship we have now. My spouse has been diagnosed Alzheimer's, and I was concerned that I could seek the best care, not go broke in the process, and protect him in case I got hit by a bus. Mr. Drobny was more than familiar with my concerns and was very efficient as well as compassionate. He made my return appointment at a very convenient time of day as I live far from his location, and traffic was a major concern. He explained everything patiently, and I did not feel that he talked down to me or rushed me. He is professional and ethical, yet approachable. The information requested was clear and made the process very easy and painless. I arrived worried and left relieved. I recommend him whole-heartedly and completely without reservation.

Excellence

I have been a client since 2011. We established a trust, they funded our assets for us. When state law changed, we amended our trust upon their advice. Glad we did that. Now that my husband has passed, estate administration is easier as promised. They were very efficient and helpful at a confusi...ng time as surviving spouse. VERY REASONABLE FEES! Upon my recommendation, my sister is now also a client.

My husband and I have just completed our Living Trusts. Mark and his team member Chris were excellent. Mark was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable will all aspects of creating our Trust. He provided the best solution to our specific needs. Mark delivered within our required time frame.... We never felt rushed in our meetings and he was proactive in anticipating our questions. The final documents were presented in such a professional way ie; copies of our Powers of Attorney and all documents in an organized binder.
