Great Trust & Estate Attorney

Mark Drobny created our Will & Trust documents. He was personable, funny & thorough. He asked lots of questions & offered possible scenarios regarding our questions. After setting up the trust framework in the initial appointment, he gathered our financial institutions & real property information to ...properly notify each of the primary & contingent beneficiaries. In one instance, the financial institution only accepted on line changes. He provided exact instructions to make changes & asked that we provided him with a screenshot of those changes to put in our office file. He had every single document lined up for signature & worked like a well oiled machine to execute each. He’s a notary & was able to execute & witness everything right then & there. Our bound documents were returned to us just a few days after the signing. He also included emergency contact cards regarding our medical power of attorney wishes — these were for our wallets & cars. Very nice! Pick him to do yours.

Easy Process

I already had a will and living trust done in 2012 by a different attorney after the birth of my first grandchild. It was later amended after the birth of my second grandchild. Because of changes to stretch IRA's in the SECURE ACT in 2019, I knew I needed to do yet a third amendment to my trust. M...ark informed me I could make the changes I wanted in a new Trust, a restatement of the old trust, rather than adding a third amendment. This was the best and cleanest solution for me and his cost was very reasonable. The whole process took one month from initial meeting to receiving my new documents (trust, will, etc). I highly recommend Mark and his office.
