Setting up a Living Trust

We had postponed this move for far too many years, but Mark made us comfortable and made the process easy and understandable. Costs were explained up front, information we needed to provide was detailed, and assurances were given about future assistance. He and his staff allowed everthing to fa...ll into place. I would highly recommend Mark Drobny.

Easy Process

I already had a will and living trust done in 2012 by a different attorney after the birth of my first grandchild. It was later amended after the birth of my second grandchild. Because of changes to stretch IRA's in the SECURE ACT in 2019, I knew I needed to do yet a third amendment to my trust. M...ark informed me I could make the changes I wanted in a new Trust, a restatement of the old trust, rather than adding a third amendment. This was the best and cleanest solution for me and his cost was very reasonable. The whole process took one month from initial meeting to receiving my new documents (trust, will, etc). I highly recommend Mark and his office.

Came in nervous, left with peace of mind!

We were referred to Mark by a close friend, but we were still a bit apprehensive about what the fees might be and how complex the update of the Trust document and Will might be. He quickly put us at ease, explaining the process, the costs (very reasonable) and the follow up services that would be inc...luded with the update with no additional costs, such as an annual review. We also liked the fact that this is a law firm with a number of attorneys, so when Mark retires (to do more deep sea diving) we would still be taken care of by lawyers who had all our records. When we came back to review and execute the updated documents, he went over every critical item in lay-person terms and made sure we understood and agreed with the updates and changes. A few days later we received the updated documents in a nice binder with a cover letter reminding us that we could call his office any time to get help or make changes. We are grateful to Mark for making sure we have all our ducks in a row for our children and grandchildren!

Great attorney!

We had an appointment with Mark Drobny to look over our trust and see if we needed a new trust or just an amendment to update it. We were able to get an amendment at a considerable savings than if we needed a whole new trust. We were getting ready to leave town for several months and wanted to have t...he trust amended before we left in case something happened to us. Mr. Drobny was able to get it done the same week and we were able to sign it and get our copies as were heading out of town! He was great to work with, very funny, very flexible with our time constraints and extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him!
