Mark Drobny has always been courteous and professional and responded quickly to any inquiry whenever I had to send POA to healthcare, banks or LT care for my husband. Documents were sent within hours. I highly recommended their services to my family and friends.

Peace of Mind Estate Planning for Life!

Mr. Drobny and his staff have served as my family’s estate planning team since 2008. The greatest compliment I can pay the Drobny Law firm is that I simply do not worry about any estate issues anymore, and this goes far beyond the “what happens after I die” questions. When Federal or State law change...s in such a way that might affect my estate, Mr. Drobny sends me a letter with good counsel on how to proceed. (And there’s the annual “free check up” letter Mark sends to his clients inquiring whether there are changes needed to the estate. BTW: Drobney Law does not charge for routine estate plan changes—I’ve used this service; it’s real, no charge.) Also, should I become unable to direct my own financial or medical affairs due to illness or accident then the durable powers of attorney documents Mark set up to address these possibilities (as well as the trustworthy and reliable agents I have selected to act in my stead) have got it covered. Unlike single proprietor firms, Drobney Law is deep with competence and talent. Should something happen to Mark (God forbid!) then I am confident that his staff will continue to support me in the exemplary manner they have done over the past 13 years. I am delighted to award Drobny Law with 5 stars! They have certainly earned it. BTW, I’m not some “Big Client” that gets special treatment, and I know other “regular folks” who also comment on how well taken care of they feel after setting up or amending their estate plans through Drobny Law Offices.

My husband and I have just completed our Living Trusts. Mark and his team member Chris were excellent. Mark was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable will all aspects of creating our Trust. He provided the best solution to our specific needs. Mark delivered within our required time frame.... We never felt rushed in our meetings and he was proactive in anticipating our questions. The final documents were presented in such a professional way ie; copies of our Powers of Attorney and all documents in an organized binder.
