I listened to Mark Drobny at a California Dental Association meeting and was impressed with his legal knowledge and particularly his understanding of the Dental Profession. My Wife and I have been "meaning" to establish a trust for quite some time, but never got around to doing so. Though we live 90... miles from his Sacramento offices, we found it well worth the drive. Mark was very efficient in extracting the information that was needed to establish our trust. Within two weeks we were back at his offices to sign the documents. The process was easy, though, efficient, and a value for our money. We are very pleased to have worked with Mark and would recommend his services to anyone. Stephen DDS-Chico, CA

I recently updated my trust and related documents. Mark Drobny was very responsive and made good suggestions on how to handle gifts etc to family members in my will. Attorney Terri Easlon, staff member. who completed my documents was very professional, courteous, and prompt.

A Load Off My Shoulders

I had a will made 30 years ago and knew I needed to update it. But,like most people, I just kept putting it off. I went to a seminar presented by Mr. Drobny and was impressed with the depth of the knowledge he had and the way he made the steps seems achievable and less imposing. His staff promptly s...ent me a planning sheet that covered every aspect of my estate - including many things I had not thought of, including who would care for my pets. After my first meeting with Mr. Drobny, I left confident that I had made the right decision for my estate planning (a trust) and that I had the right person handling the details. When I received the draft of the trust, the information was accurate and exactly reflected my wishes. When I went to sign the papers, Mr. Drobny answered all of my questions. I went home that night with a huge load off my shoulders. The next week, the trust packet arrived, with extra copies of everything I would need, including wallet cards for emergency purposes. A great, comfortable experience from start to finish.

Complete Professional.

Mark provided a Retirement Planning seminar at my company, Varian Medical Systems. He made himself available for private consults. From that, we hired him to update all our major documents: Trusts, Wills, Financial POA and Adv Healthcare Dir. He identified the relevant documents needed and provided ...very prompt and precise updated documents. We are looking forward to this new professional relationship.
