Excellent experiende working with Mark

I recently hired Mark to set up a family trust / Will / Healthcare Directive, etc. The process was very easy and Mark explained everything and answered all questions very well. I was also extremely happy that the cost was a flat fee which included funding the trust as well as ongoing updates so the...re will be no worry about cost if I have a simple question or need a minor update.

You Won't Find a Better Trust & Estate Lawyer in Sacramento

My wife and I were looking for an attorney to give our substantial estate a plan, including a family trust. Since we don't have any children of our own, it was important for us to appoint executors and trustees who we trusted. Mark Drobny was recommended to us by friends who had used him for their ...own estate plans. In my opinion this was excellent advice. It was as smooth as possible. Mark is very organized and knows exactly what he's doing. The communications could not have been better, and he did everything he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it. What more could you want to go along with the reasonable fees he charges? We're very happy with the new estate plan Mark designed for us. Five Stars!

Great Advice on Estate Planning and Tax Matters

Mark is particularly well versed in tax law as it relates to estate planning. He helped me and my wife save tens of thousands of dollars in future taxes our children would have paid otherwise. I recommend Mark to all of my professional colleagues and friends.

Honesty, Integrity, Ethics-hard to find in any profession especially law--Mr. Drobny is one lawyer who sets the standards high.

I came to know of Mr. Mark Drobny a couple of years ago. I would occasionally see him and he was very polite & professional as would be expected. Recently I needed an attorney so I approached Mark for his help. Although he probably could have helped me, he referred me to a lawyer specializing in t...he area of law that I needed. This is one sign of a great lawyer...that is they will know their limitations and have surrounded themselves with similiar ethical lawyers to best serve the community, whereas most other lawyers would want to "pad there own pockets." Recently I have utilized Mark & his office's services for a trust and for him to review my other wills. I was impressed by his professionalism & knowledge base. It was obvious he wasn't out for my money because he stated that everything was good on my Wills & that nothing needed to be changed. I did want my trust changed which he did readily. Just as a comparative, another lawyer I used took 4 weeks, Mark took 5 days.

Smart, Professional and Compassionate

I've researched and interviewed many attorneys throughout the past year to handle my estate planning needs. After receiving the same recommendation from 3 respectable sources, I contacted Drobny Law Offices. A very polite and professional individual scheduled my request to set up an appointment. Surp...risingly, the very next day I received a confirmation letter in the mail containing the necessary workbooks for our initial meeting. During our orientation, time was well spent as Mr. Drobny took notes carefully listening to my concerns and goals as he presented me with several issues and solutions in clear and understandable terms. His fees were extremely reasonable for the services he offered including no annual maintenance fees, free annual reviews, and total funding of my trust for the duration of it's life. I am proud to say that I now have a lawyer who I fully trust and treats me with the respect a long term friend would. I highly recommend this educated, humble and caring individual.
