Mark Drobney worked with us on our estate planning. He’s an expert in trusts; he’s thorough; he explains everything well; the documents he prepared for us make us confident that our wishes will be carried out exactly. He’s, of course, current on relevant case law. His decades of experience preparing ...trusts is reflected in the air-tight documents he prepares. He’s highly respected in the field. He was referred by my friend who attended a presentation he regularly gives to state employees on estate planning; she and her husband have been clients now for at least 20 years. Of the attorneys we interviewed and researched, Mark Drobney outranked them all. We are confident in our selection. The price for his services to meet with us, prepare the documents, and follow up is more than reasonable; it’s somewhat comparable to other attorneys we talked to except Mark’s cost includes more follow up. His staff are professional and followed up to confirm appointments and that we had received information etc.

High-Quality Trust Support

Fantastic experience with Mark Drobny and Drobny law services. I am an attorney myself (different field) and it's refreshing to work with a law office that not only (deeply) understands the area of law they are working in, but has a process that is simple, quick, and effective. We reached out about a... family trust and within a few months had one beautifully pulled together, including funding of the trust (moving our assets into it -- a HUGELY overlooked part of the process for many firms we explored before landing on Drobny), an advance health directive, durable power of attorney, pour over will, etc. The documents came to us in a binder and electronic, including various copies to provide to our agents. Wonderful experience -- cannot recommend highly enough.

Mr. Drobny and his team are attentive, efficient, professional and easy to work with. Mr. Drobny made me feel comfortable with the steps and implications of establishing my Living Trust. Knowledgable and professional.

I first learned of Mark Drobny through an estate planning presentation sponsored by the San Diego Humane Society. He went step by step explaining wills and trusts, their different components, advantages and choices. It was so good, that it motivated me to create a trust and will and get my affairs i...n order. I made an appointment and Mark explained the process and ensured I understood all aspects. The resulting will and trust reflect everything I wanted plus more I wasn't aware I needed. I am confident that my estate is protected. He relieved my stress that moving forward it will continue to be protected and my wishes will be followed. Now that it is complete, he has given me clear instructions as to who should be informed, who should have copies of the different documents and in the future years, we will be revisiting my documents occasionally to keep them up to date. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark Drobny to anyone who is considering creating a will and trust no matter how large or small.
