I highly recommend Mark Drobny and his staff. You walk in his office and feel at home.

I needed to update my living trust as my previous attorney had retired. I was referred to Mark Drobny by three close friends who were full of praise for Mark and his staff. He quickly understood the changes I needed to make and clearly explained the process. His staff was wonderful answering question...s that came up later. I left his office after the final signing feeling great relief that I had been well taken care of , and Mark and his firm were there if i needed them.

Looking for a professional law office-this is the one.

Mark is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I appreciated his willingness to thoroughly explain my options, and listened to my requests. He and his staff worked expeditiously to meet my needs and were very timely in completing the task at hand.

Completely satisfied

Mr. Drobny recently guided us through the process of amending our Trust. We had initially worked with him in 2018 when establishing our original Trust. Mr. Drobny and his staff have been especially attentive to our personal needs and desires as our own and our family's lives have changed since the ...first edition of our Trust. Mr. Drobny took the time and effort not only to analyze our requested changes, but also to give us necessary and insightful advice as to how to incorporate these changes. What was especially helpful was his experience in dealing with similar issues with other clients, and how these issues lent light to our own circumstances. Just as we felt after completing the Trust process in 2018, we have total confidence that the amended Roylance Family Trust is exactly as we want it, and that it will be a stable and dependable legal document for our beneficiaries when the time comes for disbursement. The best decision I have made, and the best person to have help me with it

I met Mark at a retirement seminar at SMUD. Mark explained trusts well so that I could understand. I filled out a card and they called me. I came in and Mark walked me through everything again. I signed on to have him create a trust for me. I have a particularly difficult set of family circumstan...ces, in that two of my adult children struggle with mental illness, one is normal, and my wife would need help getting through all of this if I were to pass. Mark walked me through the best options for everything. In the end we made sure my kids would be taken care of in the best way possible for each of their situations, and my wife knows that Mark will be there to help her through what to do should anything happen to me. Mark and his staff, walked me through changing everything to the trust, and they gave me specific instructions for each of my policies to get it done easily. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am and thankful i am to have found Mark. Thank you Mark and staff!!!
