The best decision I have made, and the best person to have help me with it

I met Mark at a retirement seminar at SMUD. Mark explained trusts well so that I could understand. I filled out a card and they called me. I came in and Mark walked me through everything again. I signed on to have him create a trust for me. I have a particularly difficult set of family circumstan...ces, in that two of my adult children struggle with mental illness, one is normal, and my wife would need help getting through all of this if I were to pass. Mark walked me through the best options for everything. In the end we made sure my kids would be taken care of in the best way possible for each of their situations, and my wife knows that Mark will be there to help her through what to do should anything happen to me. Mark and his staff, walked me through changing everything to the trust, and they gave me specific instructions for each of my policies to get it done easily. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am and thankful i am to have found Mark. Thank you Mark and staff!!!

The perfect lawyer for your family's trust and estate needs

My wife and I were looking for an experienced lawyer specializing in trusts/estates, is easy to work with, and who has younger partners and associates who will be around when the time comes for our estate to pass to our heirs. Mr. Drobny fit the bill to a tee. He was very responsive, keeping the proc...ess simple and direct and explaining complex concepts in understandable language. We were also able to follow up with documentation and edits by email. We appreciated the fixed price for the entire trust portfolio, and the annual review offered cost-free. Overall, we were very happy with the services provided and feel confident that when life changes occur, Mr. Drobny, his partners and associates will be there to ensure our trust portfolio is executed as intended.

very thorough

Mark did our initial will, Trust and Advanced Health Directive, and we recently updated it with him. Very happy with the attentive service from him and his team. I can definitely recommend him and his practice.

Revision to our Trust

While working with Mark on the execution of my mother's trust, my wife and I were so impressed with his professionalism and simple explanation of the legal details, that we hired him to review and revise our existing trust we had drawn up a few years back by another attorney. Mark walked us throug...h the unnecessary elements of our old trust and also explained the changes that were relevant and necessary with the current laws. He did an exceptional job and his team were just as responsive and professional to work with in updating our Trust.
