Mark Drobney worked with us on our estate planning. He’s an expert in trusts; he’s thorough; he explains everything well; the documents he prepared for us make us confident that our wishes will be carried out exactly. He’s, of course, current on relevant case law. His decades of experience preparing ...trusts is reflected in the air-tight documents he prepares. He’s highly respected in the field. He was referred by my friend who attended a presentation he regularly gives to state employees on estate planning; she and her husband have been clients now for at least 20 years. Of the attorneys we interviewed and researched, Mark Drobney outranked them all. We are confident in our selection. The price for his services to meet with us, prepare the documents, and follow up is more than reasonable; it’s somewhat comparable to other attorneys we talked to except Mark’s cost includes more follow up. His staff are professional and followed up to confirm appointments and that we had received information etc.

Trust for special needs

Mr. Mark Drobny prepared my will and living trust that includes a special needs trust for my brother. Price quotes I had received for the special needs trust alone exceeded the total cost of the firm’s work. The document preparation process was efficient and my questions were answered. I am a lawyer,... but the area of trusts and estates is uniquely complex. I feel assured that my interests are protected thanks to the service I received.

Peace of Mind Estate Planning for Life!

Mr. Drobny and his staff have served as my family’s estate planning team since 2008. The greatest compliment I can pay the Drobny Law firm is that I simply do not worry about any estate issues anymore, and this goes far beyond the “what happens after I die” questions. When Federal or State law change...s in such a way that might affect my estate, Mr. Drobny sends me a letter with good counsel on how to proceed. (And there’s the annual “free check up” letter Mark sends to his clients inquiring whether there are changes needed to the estate. BTW: Drobney Law does not charge for routine estate plan changes—I’ve used this service; it’s real, no charge.) Also, should I become unable to direct my own financial or medical affairs due to illness or accident then the durable powers of attorney documents Mark set up to address these possibilities (as well as the trustworthy and reliable agents I have selected to act in my stead) have got it covered. Unlike single proprietor firms, Drobney Law is deep with competence and talent. Should something happen to Mark (God forbid!) then I am confident that his staff will continue to support me in the exemplary manner they have done over the past 13 years. I am delighted to award Drobny Law with 5 stars! They have certainly earned it. BTW, I’m not some “Big Client” that gets special treatment, and I know other “regular folks” who also comment on how well taken care of they feel after setting up or amending their estate plans through Drobny Law Offices.
