You Won't Find a Better Trust & Estate Lawyer in Sacramento

My wife and I were looking for an attorney to give our substantial estate a plan, including a family trust. Since we don't have any children of our own, it was important for us to appoint executors and trustees who we trusted. Mark Drobny was recommended to us by friends who had used him for their ...own estate plans. In my opinion this was excellent advice. It was as smooth as possible. Mark is very organized and knows exactly what he's doing. The communications could not have been better, and he did everything he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it. What more could you want to go along with the reasonable fees he charges? We're very happy with the new estate plan Mark designed for us. Five Stars!

Legal advice and service in establishing a Living Trust

Mr. Drobny and his colleagues were very courteous and prompt in responding to my questions, and the level of service was excellent. In addition to the living trust documents the Drobny firm prepared a durable medical power of attorney for myself and my daughter.

Honesty, Integrity, Ethics-hard to find in any profession especially law--Mr. Drobny is one lawyer who sets the standards high.

I came to know of Mr. Mark Drobny a couple of years ago. I would occasionally see him and he was very polite & professional as would be expected. Recently I needed an attorney so I approached Mark for his help. Although he probably could have helped me, he referred me to a lawyer specializing in t...he area of law that I needed. This is one sign of a great lawyer...that is they will know their limitations and have surrounded themselves with similiar ethical lawyers to best serve the community, whereas most other lawyers would want to "pad there own pockets." Recently I have utilized Mark & his office's services for a trust and for him to review my other wills. I was impressed by his professionalism & knowledge base. It was obvious he wasn't out for my money because he stated that everything was good on my Wills & that nothing needed to be changed. I did want my trust changed which he did readily. Just as a comparative, another lawyer I used took 4 weeks, Mark took 5 days.
