PERFECTION

Lack of awareness about estate planning can place your immediate loved ones to emotional, physical and mental distress. Mark Drobny's expertise and personable approach was truly amazing. He's so down to earth, kind-hearted, compassionate and caring. As I was feeling so overwhelmed due to the recent l...oss of my husband, I came to realize that the lack of planning could put such a burden to my children as my late husband and I never took the time to do anything in writing. Mark Drobny, as recommended by my best friend, responded to my email inquiry. His office staff were so efficient. Their system set me up for a meeting request via zoom due to COVID contactless appointment. He and the rest of the staff educated me of what to be expected and they all consistently delivered through. I am very pleased with the whole journey. Their responsiveness, timeliness and professionalism defines their high quality customer service. When one is treated with respect by way of talking at your level and patiently reassuring you with wealth of objective information, activly listens and anticipating your level of uncertainty, is such a rare find nowadays especially when pressed under duress. I'm so thankful that my eyes were fully open and my heart was so willing to talk about it even more so as I was assisted with great care and concern. I highly recommend Mark Drobny's service for your estate planning. It's the best gift of love you can pass on to your children and hopefully on to their children and the children of their children.
