Best possible settlement

As a passenger in the rear seat of a car I was injured when we were rear-ended at night by a man in a truck reaching for his cell phone. Of course, he was under-insured. Four injured people split the minimal available insurance proceeds from the driver at fault. Several years after the accident, I... collected as much as it was possible to collect on the secondary under-insured motorist claim. This outcome was entirely because, despite the relatively small potential claim proceeds, Eliot kept at it. Over a period of years Eliot helped me navigate the health care system to get the best care I could get for my injuries and urged me not to give up on finding relief. I will always have pain and disability as a result of the accident but I know that, with Eliot's guidance, at least I am taking advantage of the treatments, procedures, and education that are available to help me deal with it. When the insurance company dragged out the claim process, claimed that they had not received my medical records, and otherwise delayed, Eliot reassured me. I had never been before been injured in a car accident and had never worked with an attorney for anything but real estate transactions. I was skeptical. However, there is no way that I could have navigated the claims process without an attorney. More importantly, without Eliot's assistance I doubt that I could have tapped the health care resources that have helped me deal with my injuries. Eliot is smart, knowledgeable, and nice. He bugged me for updates and would not let me forget that he was there. Before I knew it, he was like family.

Eliot M Reiner

Eliot Reiner is an AWESOME attorney. He helped me NOT only in taking/fighting my case but also emotionally/mentally in the healing process from my neck and back injuries due to a motor vehicle accident. I did not have the time or energy to deal with anything due to severe pain. He did all the work an...d gave me updates on a timely basis. I got very prompt and quick response to my emails. I really recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney.

The perfect blend of skill, knowledge and humanity in your attorney

I first met Eliot about 14 years ago from the other side of the table in my capacity as a defense attorney. Eliot and I went head to head on several matters over several years. While he continually fought for and looked out for the best interest of his clients, I always appreciated how he managed to ...do so in a sensible and thoughtful way. While we agreed to disagree on a great many things, our cases together never devolved into the useless and costly acrimony for which our profession is so well known. Anyone can jump up and down, make a lot of noise and promises, but it takes the confidence and intelligence of a true professional like Eliot to truly deliver. He earned my respect and my friendship and when my mother and I were in an accident, there was nobody else I even considered calling. Eliot is a skilled and knowledgable lawyer. He is also a compassionate and understanding person. Exactly what you want from your attorney.

Takes a personal interest in your claim

Eliot Reiner took on my case and quickly became a lifeline for me and my children. He cares about the people he represents. My injury and the difficulties my family and I were facing become his immediate focus. Not only did he keep me educated in my rights and everything he was doing for us, but o...ur wellbeing was important to him also. He fought for me and my children, and made us feel safer for it. When it came time to settle our bottom line became more important than his. Our lives are better for knowing Eliot Reiner and I would call on him again in a heartbeat if the need ever arose again.
