Biography
I embrace and practice criminal law to serve clients who need honest and informative representation especially having grown up in south Sacramento. My experiences with my family have lead me into many contacts with the law. Often I am able to identify with my clients and their families because of the stress that the criminal justice system puts on a household.
Contrary to the number one complaint to the CA BAR Association, I communicate with my clients, in all modern forms. I do not hide the ball, I let my client's know what is possible or not possible in conjunction with informing them of our litigation options. Ultimately it is about meeting my client's needs as far as case resolution goals. My specific office is located in Stockton, CA but together with my senior partners and our resources, we serve clients from Redding to Fresno and the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe in all criminal defense matters as well as restraining orders. Oftentimes, I am able to point a client in the right direction if your case involves something else such as a family law or immigration attorney. As I primarily serve the central valley, I am fluent in Spanish. Estoy a su servicio.
