I have had three people working on my case, but none of them did it, which was so disappointing. It took them at least two years, and none of them updated or responded to me until I had to message them over and over. I was so frustrated that I told myself this would be my last time returning. I didn't know or understand what was going on. The last one went on a one-month vacation and told me to contact his assistant, but his helper didn't respond either, so I was like, 'Whatever, I'm not going to contact them.' If they want to contact me themselves, then it's fine. They sent me to a fourth case manager again; she is the best person who's on track and responsible. She got her job done so fast and quickly.
