My experience with this attorney and her staff has been nothing short of horrible. Unanswered emails. Unanswered phone calls. My medical needs were never addressed in a manner that would help me recover. Money wasted on medical sub contractors. unnecessary "pain management" recommendations. After ask...ing of my case to be settled over a year ago, I still haven't received a check. The latest story was that my insurance company made my check out to the wrong people. Incompetence at a stunning level. No apologies for delays. do not hire this attorney as you will be wasting your time.

After months of waiting, the insurance company has finally issued the settlement check. Unfortunately, I need surgery due to the accident and cannot proceed without these funds. In an effort to move things along, I contacted the insurance company myself, only to find that they had sent the check over... a week ago. In today’s digital age, even long-distance mail rarely takes 9-10 days. What’s particularly concerning is that both Anh Phoong & Associates and I received confirmation that the check was sent on Monday. Now, four days later, the check is still missing. This lack of timely follow-up and the absence of a clear plan to resolve the issue have added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
