I have had three people working on my case, but none of them did it, which was so disappointing. It took them at least two years, and none of them updated or responded to me until I had to message them over and over. Then, one day, they would contact me back because they needed my information or some...thing else, but otherwise, they wouldn't respond. I was so frustrated that I told myself this would be my last time returning. I didn't know or understand what was going on. The last one went on a one-month vacation and told me to contact his assistant, but his helper didn't respond either, so I was like, 'Whatever, I'm not going to contact them.' If they want to contact me themselves, then it's fine. They sent me to a fourth case manager again; she is the best person who's on track and responsible. She got her job done so fast and quickly. She had any updates, she called right away. I told her that going forward, if I don't get her as my case manager again, I won't come here anymore. She changed my heart to return. May Lieng is the best; thank you for everything you've done for me and my family.

This by far is the worst lawyer firm ever they play games with your money after verifying from the insurance company that the check was sent over a week ago they tell yiu they don't have it it's lost they all tell you different stories they don't care about your situation something is not right with ...this firm with lying about customer checks holding their money they also look at the caller ID ignore calls I fo not recommend this law firm and they don't help yiu at all with rentals or anything please don't believe the billboard don't call anh phoong

After months of waiting, the insurance company has finally issued the settlement check. Unfortunately, I need surgery due to the accident and cannot proceed without these funds. In an effort to move things along, I contacted the insurance company myself, only to find that they had sent the check over... a week ago. In today’s digital age, even long-distance mail rarely takes 9-10 days. What’s particularly concerning is that both Anh Phoong & Associates and I received confirmation that the check was sent on Monday. Now, four days later, the check is still missing. This lack of timely follow-up and the absence of a clear plan to resolve the issue have added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
