I had a great experience with Peter Kyung. He helped me with my application for an EB-1A, and the results were exceptional. We had our first meeting in late January, and I decided to hire him in late February. By July my case was already approved (via premium processing) and by October I had my green... card. Myself and my husband decided to enlist an immigration lawyer after receiving a Request for Evidence during the Adjustment of Status process. Our case was pretty straight forward - I had entered the US on an F1 visa and had always maintained my status - but we needed a little guidance. I took to A...vvo and found Peter. What a wonderful experience my wife and I had with Mr. Kyung. Nothing short of phenomenal! Peter is exceedingly meticulous and exacting – which means no guess work, and no “oops, we have to try again” mishaps. His peerless attention to detail assured everything went through without a hitch (even a...fter we had bumbled with the immigration case a bit before hiring Peter, making things more complicated). Peter helped my husband and I with our green card process. At first we were worried that our case was complicated but Peter helped ease our fears and was confident that our case was not difficult. He helped us with the entire process step by step, answered every one of our questions quickly and in de...tail. He was extremely patient with us and fully prepared us for our interview. Our package was detailed and the officer had very little questions for us. We were in and out without any problems. I just walked out of my swearing in ceremony along with 600 others. I am an American citizen finally! It would not have happened without the hard work, integrity and knowledge of my attormey Peter Kyung, I was afraid to aply for citizenship because I had a DUI only 2 years past. Peter put me at ea...se and I trusted him from the beginning. He did a lot of work helping me fill out the application but he recommended I wait 3 years until I was 5 years clear of the DUI.
