I met Peter when I was in desperate need of some guidance and support for my naturalization application. I had previously been denied for my citizenship due to a DUI conviction. I could not afford to wait for 5 years before re-applying, as I am planning to get married to my fiancée who lives abroad. ... I figured it would be best for me to get some help to ensure I have a very strong case. I met a few attorney’s prior but as once I had my initial meeting with Peter, I knew he was the one. He was very friendly, calm, and provided detailed explanation to every questions and concerns of mine. He was very assuring and someone I felt I could immediately trust in. He did not jump into my case by trying to submit it as soon as possible (which is what the other attorneys told me), but instead he gave me detailed instructions on what we need to do together to build a very strong case. I followed his instructions and his checklist to prepare the exact documents that we needed for my case. He was very clear, concise and it was easy to tell that the case mattered to him and he cared about its success. Which was the most important thing I was looking for in an attorney. We prepared the application and all of my supporting documents to prove that I was a persona with good moral character, despite my DUI conviction. We submitted the complete application after a thorough review by Peter to ensure everything was accurate. We then waited for the interview notice. Peter was always there to answer any of my questions. He would always respond within minutes, even on weekends. He would provide very valuable answers, sometimes to those questions that were not even related to my naturalization case. He seriously is a gem of a guy. He prepared me thoroughly for my interview and was right by my side supporting me during the interview. He made me feel comfortable and confident, and together we came out with an approval letter. I am now scheduled for my oath ceremony in 2 weeks and I cannot thank Peter enough. I would recommend Peter to anyone who wants not only a very intelligent and smart attorney, but a friend that will understand you and care about your case. I do not write reviews, but I would like to share my experience with Peter Kyung law firm. I moved from Fresno CA to Reno NV for my job and I was looking for immigration lawyer. Before I left Fresno, I met 4 attorneys, but I didn’t feel connection with any of them. I moved to Reno and I started searc...hing again for immigration lawyer as my case was EXTRAORDINARY complicated. I consulted with several attorneys here in Reno, but I could not find any connection with them. Even one of the attorney refused to take my case due to its complexity. I have been searching for attorneys and I found Peter on several website and people shared extraordinary experience with his law firm. I took day off and sill I remember that day I started driving from Reno to Sacramento in very bad weather and while I was driving I was thinking should I really go and see him. Finally, after a long drive I reached his office met him and in 1 hour I decided that I will request him to take my case. Next day I sent him an email and shared my request he accepted to take my very challenging case. He started working on my case and he works like he is my family member or like my brother. He is extremely honest with his work and his staff is very amazing. The best thing about peter is communication. He replies my email very promptly. I still remember I was at night shift I was worried about my case and possibly loosing my job as a physician. I sent him an email on Sunday night at 7 PM that I am worried about my case and he replied to my email and I was very glad and relaxed after reading his email and at the same time surprised with his dedication with his work. USCIS called my interview and he came to attend my interview with me all the way from Sacramento. I offered him to arrange hotel in Reno, but he declined, and he asked me to meet him at Starbucks at 7 AM to further prepare me for my interview. He prepared me for 2 hours before my interview. Today while I am writing this my green card has approved and I received letter from USCIS. Also, I would like to mention that his office never calls me for payment. We never had discussion about fee after the 1st consultation. I am extremely thankful to Peter and his staff specially Jennifer and Janette. It was amazing experience. I feel like I found a very good friend and honest person. I would highly recommend him specially for difficult cases like mine. He is hero in front of my whole family.
