Now the long vers...ion I heard of Peter through a friend, and I am so incredibly thankful to my friend for pointing me in Peter’s direction. Words can’t show how thankful I am that we had the pleasure and privilege of working with Peter through our green card application. Peter made the process incredibly seamless, keeping us informed of where we were in the process, any delays, any additional documents we needed to gather. Whenever we had any questions, Peter himself was there to answer them promptly. We initially started working with Peter while he was a part of Carson & Kyung, A Law Corporation. Along the way he left that firm and started his own. Not one to leave things unresolved, Peter reassured us that he would see our case all the way through because of the commitment he’d made. Covid made our case far more complicated than it should have been, and through it all we saw how incredible Peter is and how much he cares about his clients. During the application process we moved away from the Sacramento area, putting us in a different jurisdiction. Unfortunately our interviews were repeatedly rescheduled in Sacramento. Each time this happened Peter took action immediately and kept record of every call he made and letter he sent. Unfortunately USCIS made an administrative error that resulted in an initial denial for our case. Some lawyers would look at this situation and think “great, now I can make double the money from the same client” but not Peter. Peter went back and memorized the entire timeline of our case: every interview notice, every file submitted, dates of when he sent the request for the interview to be moved to the appropriate office, EVERYTHING. Then Peter went in person to talk with field agents at the Sacramento field office and didn’t leave until they acknowledged that they had made an error. I was completely blown away by his character, and when I thanked Peter for going above and beyond, he said “I do this because you guys are my clients and entrusted me with your case. This isn’t right”. Needless to say, I would HIGHLY recommend working with Peter to anyone and everyone that is looking for a kind, patient, dedicated, and genuinely caring person that will make the immigration process seamless. The price we paid was an absolute bargain for the peace of mind that we got.
