I don't know what I would've done without Mr. Knoll. His letter was one of the first I opened after I got my DUI, his reviews were awesome, and after speaking to Christy on the phone, it was a no-brainer. I literally just made an appointment, gave them my documents, and paid their very reasonable fee... (which they even allowed me to make in 2 payments.), and that was it!
