I don't know what I would've done without Mr. Knoll. His letter was one of the first I opened after I got my DUI, his reviews were awesome, and after speaking to Christy on the phone, it was a no-brainer. I literally just made an appointment, gave them my documents, and paid their very reasonable fee... (which they even allowed me to make in 2 payments.), and that was it! David Knoll is by far the most experienced and tactical attorney I have ever come across. I was arrested for a 3rd DUI in 18 months in addition to felony child endangerment. The DA wanted to make me serve a year in jail and revoke my license for 10 years. David worked very hard to get a better offer ...from the DA but they refused to budge. Ultimately, David talked to the Judge in closed chambers and explained I needed treatment, not jail time. He worked so fiercely on my case that the end result was reduced charges, 6 days in jail and 3 months in sober living environment (SLE) housing. And I didn't lose my license for 10 years! I don't know how I would cope with spending a year in jail, away from my child, losing my job, house, car, everything. I got a second chance at life thanks to David.
