Christina Elizabeth Cortino

Miss. Cortino is a refreshing look at both Law and Humanity. I found Miss Cortino after lawyer number four in my case. First lawyer was great, but like a fool I took my ex back and attempted to make it work. worse mistake of my life. She now practices criminal law and I would still recommend her.... Her name is Lori Calvert. Next I had a attorney named Robert Kitay and the advise he gave me almost got me arrested. He was disciplined by the BAR for a unrelated issue. I then hired a third attorney who would not do anything I had to do it myself. So after great period of time I came to the conclusion I did not need her. After terrible results in court and having the other side removed during a Kennedy v Eldridge claim Mr. Bobby P Luna was recused in the matter for violation of conflict of interest we started getting somewhere. I then hired another attorney who did not even show to court fired her. went on my own again. after several months and a trial that was a joke I again hit road blocks. That is when a add was sent to me for Christina Cortino, I hired her and she has been by my side since, She saw all of the injustices and has help me fight even thru losses. She is always available and not like any other attorney I know. She genuinely cares about children's, and fathers rights. I refer her to anyone I meet needing Family Law assistance. as Miss. Cortino is not only a knowledgeable litigator and advocate. She is a true friend to a client. So when you have the melt down she is compassionate enough to let you get off your chest what you need to with out thinking any less of you. I can not even begin to tell you how horrible this case I am in has been. I will say that I wish I had been given her number by Mrs.Calvert. I wish anyone had told me her number. Because in the beginning when i was scared and alone she would have been the Sheppard in the night and brought me home. I know there are a lot of choices in Lawyers, but I am not sure if I could put a price on Christina that is fair. She brings faith to a profession that most feel are slimy and full of greed. If you need help and you care about your children and sanity, call no one else!

I hired Christina to represent me in enforcing court ordered alimony against my ex husband. She knew the law and was a very strong advocate for me in court at the hearing. She was able to help me attach my exs assets to pay for the support he was behind on. She explained everything to me from start t...o finish. I had another attorney at the beginning of my divorce and Christina was much more on top of my case and kept me in the loop. I am happy I hired her to help me.

Ms. Cortino provided excellent services for an issue I had with my landlord. The AC in my apartment was broken for over a month and my landlord was giving me the runaround to avoid fixing the AC. Ms. Cortino informed me I had rights and remedies for getting the AC fixed and what the landlord was doin...g was unacceptable. Ms. Cortino contacted my landlord several times via email, letter, and over the phone, starting with trying to resolve the issue politely, and then increasingly firm because my landlord continued to drag their feet. Ms. Cortino also listened to my frustrations over the broken AC during the summer, and my concerns with damaging my relationship with my landlord. It took several communications, but Ms. Cortino continued to contact my landlord every time they put another hurdle in the way of getting the repair made. Thanks to Ms. Cortino's help, my landlord took action and replaced the broken AC. I know if I tried to deal with the situation myself my landlord would still be making excuses and dragging their feet.
