Excellent attorney

I would recommend Shelby Alberts for anyone who needs a caring but excellent attorney. I truly owe her soooo much she got my case completely thrown out !!! But was also there for me whenever I called or would text her when I was stressed out. She knew from the beginning my case was gonna be thrown o...ut. Thank you so much Shelby.

Simply the Best!!!!!!!

In my felony case their were a few bumps in the road I started out with a public defender with 30 years experience but would never return my calls and was cold as Alaska. Then I got a male attorney who made promises without even looking at my case. I prayed for a decent attorney to represent me. My... prayers were answered when I found Shelby Alberts. She took her time, she gave me both the pros and the cons to taking my case to a preliminary hearing. She never told me what I should do but rather give me the knowledge to make my own decision and no matter what my decision was she was going to do her best. The DA wanted to give me a year and we both refused that then we came back a month later they offered 6 months we didn't take that. In the end Ms. Alberts got the Judge to lower it to 90 days with half time credits so total days I received are 45 with alternative programs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney whose not only knowledgeable but who has compassion and who softens the courtroom with such a male dominant field. Going through this process was very stressful but when you have an attorney who has your best interest at heart it's not only rare but a blessing. I am forever grateful to Ms. Alberts!!! You Rock Shelby!!!!

Wonderful!

I was charged with DUI after having a previous wet reckless on my record. I figured my chance to getting this case dropped was very slim as I had a prior on record. Shelby noticed a discrepancy between the officer's report and the video evidence from the camera in the patrol car. I had originally ...been told I had a tail light out which I knew was not true by checking it the day after the incident. Shelby ended up using this to get me a greatly reduced charge with a wet reckless. I am now very thankful that i had her as my lawyer on this case. She went way over the top of my previous lawyer's performance and I thank her truly caring about my case and going the extra mile.
