Reached out to Ruby regarding removing a co-signer off title. It took over 6 months of going back and forth with the co-signer to finally come to an agreement. I was going through some tough times and thought that maybe if I moved my state of mind would improve. (Don’t ever make that mistake.) I was rushed and strong armed by both agents, my, the sellers side agent and my, the buyers side agent were pushing things forward at a frantic pace. I felt intimidat...ed and like I wasn’t being heard. There were things that were done by them that they paid for upfront and told me that I would have to pay them back for. Things that I neither requested nor signed anything saying that I would pay for them. After I canceled the sale, both agents came at me for money for the paybacks that I simply and legally did not owe. Since I’m a layman I wanted to be sure that I didn’t owe them, that I was justified in the fact that I felt they took advantage of me and that they couldn’t extort the money out of me. In walks Ruby Bitzer! I swear, she is so smart and so kind and took so much of her time reviewing the numerous emails I sent her containing contracts and other applicable info. After that she set up a face to face, for the very next day! As soon as I met her I knew that I was in very educated, thoughtful, generous and capable hands. I asked her a million questions and she answered every one with a smile and a gentleness that was more than reassuring. She gave me an invaluable education and direction on what I could do regarding one agent who actually committed fraud. She’s patient and caring and treated me like I was her main and only concern.
