Ruby I Bitzer

Ruby went above and beyond in helping me understand my position/ rights regarding home equity with a past partner. She answered all questions in depth during our consultation and took her time in reviewing documents to properly addresses/ advised on my concerns. In the short time I spent with her I... knew she'd be the best person to represent me if I had to go to court. Ruby cares about her clients and will strive to get the best outcome for them.

I was going through some tough times and thought that maybe if I moved my state of mind would improve. (Don’t ever make that mistake.) I was rushed and strong armed by both agents, my, the sellers side agent and my, the buyers side agent were pushing things forward at a frantic pace. I felt intimidat...ed and like I wasn’t being heard. There were things that were done by them that they paid for upfront and told me that I would have to pay them back for. Things that I neither requested nor signed anything saying that I would pay for them. After I canceled the sale, both agents came at me for money for the paybacks that I simply and legally did not owe. Since I’m a layman I wanted to be sure that I didn’t owe them, that I was justified in the fact that I felt they took advantage of me and that they couldn’t extort the money out of me. In walks Ruby Bitzer! I swear, she is so smart and so kind and took so much of her time reviewing the numerous emails I sent her containing contracts and other applicable info. After that she set up a face to face, for the very next day! As soon as I met her I knew that I was in very educated, thoughtful, generous and capable hands. I asked her a million questions and she answered every one with a smile and a gentleness that was more than reassuring. She gave me an invaluable education and direction on what I could do regarding one agent who actually committed fraud. She’s patient and caring and treated me like I was her main and only concern. Not to mention that she is an extremely beautiful person, both inside and out :) If you are dealing with any real estate woes Ruby is the only person you should go to and will ever need. Btw, prior to becoming a real estate attorney she was a real estate agent! You can’t go wrong with that combo. What’s not to love? I was assigned to Ruby Bitzer who took on my case. I was the seller who had buyers that 3 days before closing decided to back out of the signed purchase agreement. The one and only contingency was signed off by the Buyers. The Buyers not only backed out but wanted to keep their entire earnest mon...ey deposit. Ruby advised me of my rights and proceeded to write a letter for the Buyers that detailed the proper steps that was needed to resolve the issue. Ruby lead me through the negotiation and to a successful mediation that I was satisfied with. I was thoroughly pleased with Ruby's strategy during the entire process and felt very fortunate to have her representing me.

My husband and I engaged Ruby and her firm to settle a dispute with a general contractor. She listened to the details and understood what needed to be done.
